Cancellation and Prepayment

Flexible – 21 Days

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. If the reservation is cancelled within 21 days of arrival, the total reservation amount will be charged. A prepayment equal to the full reservation amount will be charged 21 days before arrival.

Credit Card Pre-authorisation

For selected reservation types, we pre-authorise guests' credit cards before arrival. Any payments processed within 21 days before the arrival date are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Rate

For non-refundable reservations, the total reservation amount will be charged if the reservation is cancelled at any time within 21 days before arrival. Full payment may be charged at any time during this period.

Telephone Reservations

For reservations made by telephone, a 30% deposit of the total booking value is required. The deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.

Partial Cancellation Fee Waiver

Grace Period

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge within 1 hour of making the booking.

General Policies

Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

Children of all ages are welcome.

Internet, Parking and Pets

• Guests under 18 years of age cannot make a reservation.

• Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

• Free private parking is available for guests.

• Pets are not allowed.

If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, please contact the property in advance. Self check-in instructions and an access code will be provided.

Guests are required to provide a valid telephone number when making a reservation.

Minimum age: 18 years

Maximum age: No age limit

Quiet hours: From 10:00 PM

Damage Deposit

The property reserves the right to request a security deposit if necessary.

Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited throughout the property. A PLN 500 penalty fee will be charged for any violation of these rules.

Health & Safety

Guests are kindly requested to make reservations in accordance with any applicable local travel regulations.

The property maintains enhanced cleaning and hygiene procedures.

Reception opening hours and some services may be limited.

Guests are expected to observe physical distancing where applicable.

Please inform Hostel Białystok Centrum of your expected arrival time in advance. You may use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.

Guests are required to present a valid photo ID and the credit card used for booking upon check-in.

Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

For selected reservations, payment by bank transfer before arrival may be required. The property will contact guests after booking with further instructions.

Some services and facilities may be limited or unavailable if required by current public health regulations.
